What our website and our games keep, and what they don't. Last updated 18 October 2026.

Who we are

RBV-Studio is the games brand of RB-Ventures LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. We make Penguin Hotel Tycoon on Roblox and run this website. For anything about your data, write to support@rbv-studio.com.

This website

The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, ads, fonts or scripts from other sites. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may record technical data such as IP addresses to keep its service secure, as its privacy statement explains. We do not receive that data. If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you.

Our games on Roblox

Roblox runs the platform our games are played on: accounts, friends, chat and payments. Roblox's privacy policy covers those. Inside Penguin Hotel Tycoon, the game keeps:

  • Your saved game, linked to your Roblox user ID: your hotel, rooms and decorations, coins, outfits, settings and progress. It is stored with Roblox so it follows you to every device.
  • What other players see: your Roblox display name next to your hotel, the names you give your hotel and facilities (checked by Roblox's text filter first), rooms you enter in the weekly design contest (a copy of the room's decorations, your display name and the hearts it gets), crews you join, and leaderboard scores.
  • Purchases: Roblox tells the game which extras you own so it can give them to you. We never see payment details.
  • Problem reports: once a minute and a half after you join, and whenever you press Show error log in Settings, your device sends a short technical report. It holds the kind of device (touch, keyboard, gamepad or TV), the screen size, the Roblox and game versions, the graphics quality setting, memory use, which of the game's pictures or models did not load, and error lines from the game's scripts. We keep each player's three newest reports, linked to the user ID, and only we can read them.

The game does not ask for or keep real names, email addresses, ages, locations, photos or voice, and it shows no ads.

MyPooTime

MyPooTime, our app for ages 13 and up, is not released yet. It will publish its own privacy policy before it launches in early 2027, saying exactly what the app keeps.

Children

Many of our players are children. The game is built to need nothing more than a Roblox user ID. Parents can manage their child's account, chat and spending through Roblox's parental controls.

How long we keep it

Saved games are kept while the game runs, so you can come back at any time. Problem reports are replaced as newer ones arrive. Contest entries and crew records are kept while the game uses them.

Your rights

Wherever you live, including under the GDPR in Europe and the Swiss data protection act, you can ask what we keep about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@rbv-studio.com with your Roblox username. When Roblox tells us that an account has been deleted, we delete that player's saved game.

Changes

We update this page when a game changes what it keeps. The date at the top shows the last change.
