Terms
The short rules for this website and our games. Last updated 18 October 2026.
Playing our games
Our games are played on Roblox, so Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards apply as well as these terms.
- Play fair and be kind. Do not cheat, use bugs on purpose to get ahead, or harass other players. We may remove a player from a server or a leaderboard who does.
- We keep improving our games, so things in them can change, be rebalanced or be retired.
Extras bought with Robux
Nothing in Penguin Hotel Tycoon is for sale at the moment. If extras are offered:
- A game pass, such as a hotel theme or an outfit set, stays yours for as long as the game runs.
- A cocoa round is used when it is bought and lasts fifteen minutes.
- Robux and billing are handled by Roblox, so refunds go through Roblox support.
MyPooTime
MyPooTime is not released yet. Its own terms will come with the app in early 2027.
