Something not working, or a question about one of our games? This is the quickest way to get help.
Something is not working in Penguin Hotel Tycoon
- In the game, open the Hotel book, then Settings, and press Show error log. Your device sends us a short technical report: which pictures or models did not load, and any errors from the game.
- Then write to support@rbv-studio.com with your Roblox username, the device you play on and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
Purchases
Extras are bought with Robux through Roblox. If something you bought does not appear, leave the game and join again, then write to us with your Roblox username and what you bought. Roblox handles Robux and billing, so refunds go through Roblox support.
Your saved game
Progress saves to your Roblox account by itself and follows you to every device. If you would like your saved game deleted, write to us from the email you use, with your Roblox username.
Someone is being unkind
Use Roblox's Report button: open the Roblox menu in the game and choose Report. Roblox reviews reports about players.
MyPooTime
MyPooTime comes out in early 2027. Questions before then are welcome at the same address.
