Questions

The short answers.

Is it free?

Yes, completely. Nothing in the game is for sale. If we add optional extras later, they will be looks and small treats you pick yourself, never loot boxes.

What do I need to play?

A free Roblox account and the Roblox app on a phone, tablet or computer.

Can I play with friends?

Yes. Up to eight players share an island. Visit each other's hotels, like their rooms, send postcards and work towards a weekly crew goal.

Is it right for my child?

It is made for every age: no fail states, nothing to lose, no loot boxes. Our parents' guide explains what can be bought and how Roblox's chat and spending controls work.

Something is not working. Who do I tell?

Open Settings in the game and press Show error log: it sends us a short technical report from your device. Then write to support@rbv-studio.com and tell us what you saw. More on the support page.

What happened to the browser version?

Penguin Hotel Tycoon moved to Roblox, where you can play together in 3D. The old browser game has been retired, and its saves can't be carried over.
