MyPooTime Community Rules
The rules for friends, chat, leaderboards and the map in MyPooTime. Last updated 31 October 2026.
MyPooTime is made by RBV-Studio, the games brand of RB-Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). These rules apply to friends, chat, leaderboards and the map. You agree to them before you first use a social feature.
Who the social features are for
- The social features are for people aged 13 and over.
- Under-13s get the solo app, without any social features.
- If someone seems to be under 13, we pause their account, and delete it and its data once confirmed.
Be kind
- No bullying or harassment.
- No hate. Do not attack anyone for who they are.
- No threats or violence.
- Do not encourage anyone to hurt themselves.
- If someone asks you to stop, stop.
Nothing sexual
- No sexual messages or sexual requests.
- Nothing sexual involving anyone under 18. Ever.
Keep personal things private
- Do not share personal information about yourself or anyone else. That includes real names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, social media accounts and photos.
- Do not ask other people for theirs.
- You cannot upload photos or files anywhere in the app. A message is text or a sticker from the app.
Play fair and be real
- No spam, and no scams.
- Do not pretend to be someone else.
- Do not cheat. That includes tampering with the app or your scores. Leaderboards check every score, and a score that fails a check is hidden.
- Do not buy, sell or trade accounts, points or codes. Points have no cash value.
Usernames, status lines and group names
- Your username, your status line and your group names follow the same rules as messages. They are checked against a list of words that are not allowed.
- Chat messages are checked against a list of rude words. If you turn on Hide Rude Words in Settings → Safety, flagged messages are covered until you tap them.
The map
- Sharing is off until you turn on Show Me on the Map During Sessions. The map never shows your exact location.
- While you share during a session, people using the map can see your username, avatar, mood and status, badge count, your country flag if you set one, and which area about 30 km across you are in. They are not only people near you.
- Anyone using the map can open your card and send you a friend request. They cannot message you unless you accept.
- Do not use the map to try to find out where someone is, or to meet them.
Meeting in person
- Do not meet anyone in person that you only know from MyPooTime.
- If someone asks to meet you, or asks for personal information or photos, tell a trusted adult. Then block and report them.
Mute, Block and Report
Mute, Block and Report are on every person's card, including the cards on the map. Block and Report are also in a chat's menu.
- Mute hides a person's map avatar and card from you, and silences their notifications and messages to you. They are not told. You can undo it in Settings → Safety → Muted People.
- Block is stronger. It removes the friendship. Neither of you can find, message or add the other, and you no longer see each other on the map. They are not told. You can undo it in Settings → Safety → Blocked Users.
- Report tells us something is wrong. You can report a person, a message, a group, a leaderboard score or an ad. Pick a reason, add details if you like, and tap Send Report. The item is hidden for you at once.
If you feel unsafe, block the person straight away.
What happens with reports
- We review reports ourselves. We aim to review reports within 72 hours.
- Reports about child safety, harassment and self-harm alert us at once.
- A message reported by three different people within 24 hours is hidden for everyone until we review it.
- An account reported for child safety or harassment by two different people within 24 hours is paused from social features until we review it.
When someone breaks the rules
We may:
- remove a message or other content;
- warn the account;
- pause some of its social features;
- suspend the account from all social features;
- report apparent child sexual abuse to the authorities where the law requires it, such as NCMEC in the USA or the National Crime Agency in the UK.
When we act on an account, the person sees a notice in the app with the reason. A suspended account can still be deleted.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, email support@rbv-studio.com.
Getting help
- If you or someone else is in danger right now, call your local emergency number.
- If something upsets or worries you, tell a trusted adult.
Changes to these rules
When we change these rules, we update the date at the top and publish the new version here and in the app. If a change is important, the app asks you to agree to the new rules before you next send or share anything in the social features.
